Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the TrainingSchoolz platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. These terms govern your use of our online training management system for schools, multi-academy trusts, and education providers.

Your Agreement with TrainingSchoolz
1. Definitions
"TrainingSchoolz" refers to the platform and its operator. "User" means any school, multi-academy trust, education provider, or individual staff member accessing the platform. "Content" includes all CPD-accredited courses, policies, custom materials, and data held within the system.
2. Use of the Platform
Access to TrainingSchoolz is granted on the basis of a valid subscription agreement. Users must not share login credentials, misuse the platform, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the system. The platform may only be used for lawful staff training and compliance management purposes.
3. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are invoiced annually unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to renew within the agreed period may result in suspension of access. All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Content Library and Intellectual Property
All courses, policy templates, and platform materials remain the intellectual property of TrainingSchoolz. Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive licence to use, customise, and distribute content to staff within their organisation. Content must not be shared, resold, or reproduced outside the subscribing organisation.
5. Custom Course Builder
Content created by Users using the Custom Course Builder remains the intellectual property of the creating organisation. TrainingSchoolz takes no responsibility for the accuracy or legality of user-generated materials.
6. Data and Privacy
TrainingSchoolz processes staff data, progress records, and compliance reports on behalf of subscribing organisations. Users are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to process staff data within the platform. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
7. MIS Integration
Where TrainingSchoolz integrates with a Management Information System (MIS), the User is responsible for ensuring that integration is authorised and compliant with the relevant data sharing agreements in place.
8. Monitoring and Reporting
Compliance reports, read-receipts, and audit records generated within the platform are provided for evidencing purposes only. TrainingSchoolz does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in a finding of statutory compliance by any regulatory body.
9. Limitation of Liability
TrainingSchoolz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to access the platform. Our total liability in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the User in that period.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms of the subscription contract. Upon termination, Users should export any required records before access is withdrawn. TrainingSchoolz will retain data in line with its data retention policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
TrainingSchoolz reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Where changes are material, we will notify subscribers with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
